Frequently Asked Questions
How are Birthdate Rings made?

Each ring is crafted with birthstones that are hand selected by our astrologers, in accordance with both old and new traditions. They are crafted and hand-set with fifteen gemstones by a family-run caster in the USA, always made with love!

What are the materials used?

The Birthstone Rings are made with 14K Gold-plated Sterling Silver (nickel free). All stones included are precision-cut luxury cubic zirconia. We take pride in sourcing our materials both ethically and sustainably.

How do I care for my Birthdate Ring?

To maintain your ring looking good for the long run, we recommend you do not swim, bathe, or exercise in your jewelry. The piece should be stored in a cool, dry place. Be careful to protect your ring from falling or scratching on hard materials (like concrete, etc). Store your ring in its box to keep it protected.

How do I know what gemstones are on my ring?

An elegant card comes with your ring and includes a detailed description of the birthstone used in the design. In this keepsake card, you’ll discover your birthstone’s history, name origin, mythology, and the spiritual benefits that it can bring you.

What do the gemstones represent on my ring?

The three marquise birth stones represent the harmony of growth: your past, present, and future. The glittering white stones symbolize the vast beauty of the universe that we inhabit, and mirror the radiance of the stars in the night sky.

How do I know my ring size?

The ring measures 5mm across on the top of the band, and narrows towards the bottom, perfect for stacking with your other favorite rings. Currently, our rings come in sizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (whole numbers only). Use our printable ring sizing guide to find your perfect fit!

Can I have my ring resized?

At the moment, we are unable to resize your ring, but we hope to be able to offer this service in the future. If you’d like to exchange it for another size, we welcome you to do so - please reference our exchange policy for more details.
